Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public access to many court and public records, while restricting juvenile, sealed, expunged, adoption, and other confidential files. The hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Estill County Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit Court, District Court, Family Court, and Business Court case records at the courthouse in Irvine. The Estill County Clerk handles land records, marriages, wills, elections, vehicle records, and county clerk legal records. The Sheriff handles law-enforcement contact, while Three Forks Regional Jail provides the current inmate roster. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.

- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
